Yes. We offer early morning, evening, and weekend scheduling so your team arrives to a clean office every day without any disruption during business hours. We work around your schedule entirely.

Yes. We use EPA-registered, hospital-grade disinfectants that meet healthcare facility standards. Our products are low-VOC and patient-safe. We're experienced cleaning orthodontic and chiropractic offices in the San Diego area.

We coordinate access arrangements directly with your office manager or building contact before the first service. All our staff are background-checked and we're fully bonded and insured, so key or fob access is standard practice with our commercial clients.

We recommend a full community pressure wash at least once per year — typically in spring before pool season. High-traffic areas like pool decks, building entries, and walkways may benefit from semi-annual service. We offer scheduled annual programs so you never have to remember to book it.

Not when done correctly. We use the appropriate PSI for each surface type — concrete, pavers, stucco, and tile all require different pressure settings. Our team is trained to identify the right technique for every surface to deliver a deep clean without damage.

Yes — this is one of the most common requests we get from HOA communities. Mold and algae buildup on walkways creates both aesthetic problems and slip hazards. Our pressure washing removes organic growth at the source, and we can apply a post-treatment to slow regrowth.

Yes. Golden State Cleaning LLC is fully licensed, bonded, and insured in the state of California. We carry general liability insurance and all staff are covered. We're happy to provide certificates of insurance for your HOA board or property management company upon request.

For most commercial and HOA clients, we can begin service within 1–2 weeks of signing an agreement. We'll schedule a site walkthrough first to assess your property and build a customized service plan.
