Not when done correctly. We use the appropriate PSI for each surface type — concrete, pavers, stucco, and tile all require different pressure settings. Our team is trained to identify the right technique for every surface to deliver a deep clean without damage.

Yes. Golden State Cleaning LLC is fully licensed, bonded, and insured in the state of California. We carry general liability insurance and all staff are covered. We're happy to provide certificates of insurance for your HOA board or property management company upon request.
