Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the website goldenstatecleaningco.com or engaging the services of Golden State Cleaning LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Golden State Cleaning LLC provides commercial cleaning services including, but not limited to, HOA and community cleaning, office cleaning, medical facility cleaning, and pressure washing in the San Diego, California area. Specific service terms, pricing, and schedules are established through individual service agreements between the Company and each client.
All cleaning services are subject to a separate written service agreement. That agreement governs the scope of work, pricing, payment terms, and cancellation policy. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a signed service agreement, the service agreement shall prevail.
Submitting a quote request through our website does not constitute a binding agreement. Quotes are provided as estimates only and are subject to on-site review and formal written agreement before services commence.
Payment terms are specified in each individual service agreement. In general, invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may be subject to late fees as specified in the service agreement. We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts with outstanding balances.
Cancellation and rescheduling policies are outlined in your service agreement. Generally, we require at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a scheduled cleaning visit without incurring a cancellation fee. Same-day cancellations may be subject to a fee equal to a portion of the scheduled service cost.
The client is responsible for providing safe and lawful access to the property at the scheduled service time. Golden State Cleaning LLC is not responsible for delays or incomplete service resulting from lack of access. Any special access instructions must be communicated in writing prior to the scheduled service.
Golden State Cleaning LLC is fully insured and bonded. In the event of damage caused directly by our staff during a service visit, we will work in good faith to resolve the issue promptly. Claims must be reported within 24 hours of the service visit. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, items of extraordinary value not disclosed in advance, or damage caused by improper product usage on surfaces not suitable for standard cleaning methods.
If you are not satisfied with the quality of a cleaning service, please notify us within 24 hours and we will return to address the issue at no additional charge. This re-clean guarantee applies to the specific areas of concern identified and does not constitute a full re-service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Golden State Cleaning LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of San Diego County, California.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted to this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
